Peace and quiet at B's. Joey did show up, around one in the morning (I had insomnia and stayed up watching cable), and today left for Vegas. Spontaneity Girl. Wooo!
Tobey is INSANE. Poor dog goes beserk everytime the phone starts ringing, so I have hidden the receiver.
Yesterday was uneventful but calm -- drove to AMC 20 in Fullerton, and found out they didn't have the special reel of LoTR. (and I hate the Block with the fiery passion of a thousand burning suns, so...no.) Decided to go back to B's and watch Sex, Chips, and Rock and Roll instead. Heeeeee. So, no pretty elf, but pretty blue eyed Scotsman instead.
*sigh*
Realized that I'm not missing much in my life without cable. Lots of Crap on it. I saw five commercials for Girls Gone Wild, and then Girls Gone Wild in Dorm Room Fantasies. Whatever.
Did watch a little bit of Animal Planet, but missed a segment on ferrets. Mostly, I flipped between the food network, the history channel and National Geographic. Cartoon Network was just....too much. Also, MtV is shit, but what else is new? What if I don't want to watch NonStop HipHop? Or the (un)Real World?
Emeril is so damn ANNOYING. He's just...smarm personified. I want to throw things at him.
Tobey is really cute except for the sad phone antagonistic behavioral problem, but then I have that too.
B's monitor is waaaaay off. My LJ is a vile shade of tangerine on it. I can barely look at ptp's pretty pretty Needful things. Need to go home for that. *sob*
Right. Going to go get lunch. And breakfast. I'm thinking KFC. Because nothing says Love and Health than a big bucket of chicken.
Or chicken substitute.
