All the screencaps I took for episode 5 start here. Episode 5 was an enjoyable, lighter than air confection, but it was also filler, so I'm concentrating on the hidden heart of the episode in this recap - the emotions/relationships that were explored therein. Because this episode was all about entangled hearts, things not said, and longing on astronomic levels.
And manly feats of valor, while wearing very little clothing, but you don't need words for those.
This will probably be one of the more 'serious' recaps I do for this series, and on a filler ep, yet - but that's the surprise of this series. A lot of the time, it does verge on giddy, stupid slap happy wild antics, and shameless fanservice, but it's based on shoujo, and shoujo is about tugging on heart strings you don't know you had until the whole horrible mess is unravelled in front of you.
