Saw March of the Penguins last night, loved it like finding a basket of puppies and kittens all wearing white bows on my doorstep. I loved it wholeheartedly and recommend you watching it - it just brought me back to my childhood and watching nature documentaries on weekend television, and turning my eyes whenever the lion brought down the gazelle or plastering my face against the screen when something small and fuzzy was on.

Much the same went on last night.

Morgan Freeman should narrate my life, I'm just sayin' - he'd make it sound more wistful and worldly than it actually is.

Re: the wedding, I can't tell you exactly how awesome it was. Just that I've never seen two people more happy and suited for each other, and that I danced all night, which hurt like hell the next day. And my hair was a big hit with the masses. I didn't get home until 1 something in the next morning, and then I had to do yard work later. Me and a ladder are non-negotiable things, but I had to do it anyway.

Am going to check fares online all week, and then decide to call ticket brokers this weekend - the paper was full of unbelievable prices like London roundtrip for 419 dollars, but I bet they haven't included taxes. Priceline.com was offering Virgin Atlantic roundtrip for 626 dollars, with taxes and everything else already figured in...which is even better than STA travel's price. Shall wait and see. London has taken on more form and realness now, it's not just a pipe dream - I always knew I'd come back, just not this soon. But how could I stay away?

That reminds me, I still have to ask for time off. The 28th through Sunday the 2nd, right? I feel like it's going to be basically a very rushed but very fun long weekend. I can't waaaait!

Good luck finding a good ticket price. Luckily we have a low price airline over here that flies between Bergen and Stansted - I've never paid more than 150 dollars for a round trip, which is less than I pay when I go home to see my parents...
