"Yamapi's 11" is very nearly done, and since there is going to soon be a huge Yamapi/Maki shaped void in my life, plotting this out may be just what I need. I'll let you know once I get a little more going.
I think Jin's forte is more theory than execution, so I imagine him and Kame and possibly Koyama getting plotty, only to realize that it is impossible to ship camels to Tokyo on such short notice. And Tegoshi would have a panic attack if Maki touched his arm, and he wouldn't be able to find his inhaler and pass out, and she'd have to call for an ambulance.
And oh my god, the Toma-for-Yamapi switch sounds like GENIUS. There would be shrieking (on Toma's part) and Maki could beat him with the heel of her stiletto, because she has no idea who he is (who can blame her, since Johnny never lets him work) and thinks he's trying to mug her. And JIMMY MACKEY could show up and attempt to MC the reception.
