download the extremely high quality, huge 1 GB file, that is, but it's the first episode and arashi.vox.com has already released soft subs. I'm burning it to DVD now so I can watch it and live blog.

I watched Ratatouille last night with the girls, and that is a sweet, hilarious, perfect summer movie.

summer lovin' having a blast

I'm almost done capping Hanazakari no Kimitachi e. Watching it in high definition on my laptop is almost like watching it on a television, all the little details that were lost via youtube's translation are suddenly crystal clear and I enjoyed all the WTF? faces going on. This would be an excellent series for mood themes because everyone's so expressive (still treading a thin line between expressive and over exaggeration), but yeah. I really love this adaptation.

The cast are really cute separately, but when they're together? Oh man. Maki has the best summer job ever. The clip is part 1 of an interview with the main cast - Nanba, Nakao, Tennoji, Oscar, Kamishiya, Sano, Mizuki and Toma hamming it up as Nakatsu.
