This is only the start of the flood of Hana Kimi related posts I'll be making, as 1)The two hour season finale is on Tuesday, 2)I have a lot of screen cap reviews I need to post, 3)The obligatory Why I love the Japanese Version of Hana Kimi so. damn. much. and now that it's in the last stretch, I can do a more objective (yet still heavily biased) comparison to the Taiwanese adaptation, and the original manga, 4)I have fanfic. Oh lord, do I have fanfic. Okay, it's only one fanfic but I started it about a month ago and you guys, I love Shun's portrayal of him and all, but damn, Sano is a bitch to write.
The reason why it's taken so long? I try to use my laptop (hereby referred to as "Marvin" as in the android from Douglas Adams' seminal The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy) as my main computer, but when my wireless connection is down, it makes transferring data a bit more tedious to the main desktop computer. Plus, sharing a desktop computer with the family is never fun.
Well, I recently bought a new router and so (with luck) my wireless problems are a thing of the past, and I can now remain connected to the interwebs 24/7. Not that I'm addicted or anything.
I can stop anytime I want, okay?
Getting to the point, Marvin is alive and well, I have bucket loads of Hana Kimi glee to share well after the last hour (*sniff*) fades from my computer screen (can anyone say marathon? I know you could!), I've quit my horrible dead-end job that was slowly killing me inside (because I don't actually breathe and live pop culture all day long, I actually do function in a semi-adult manner) and though I don't have a back up plan in place just yet, I'm confident I'll find something. And then I'm going off to the Japanese embassy to pick up a application for JET in a week or so, so that's exciting.
But really, I just wanted to post pictures of a pretty pretty girl. Because I love pretty, whether it be boy-shaped or girl-shaped, or abstract landscape-cupcake-animal-poetry shaped.
This is a killer bandwith post, just FYI.
