Tomorrow is my first bridal shower. I bought M's present today, and am working on a mix cd - "Love songs that don't make you want to stab yourself in the eye," title pending.

Also, unless am complete half-wit or he's a flirty flirt mcflirt pants...A likes me. Still do not know how I feel about him, or this - on some days he's unbearably cute, on other days he's too close to Mason for comfort. (Mason is perfectly acceptable as a fictional boyfriend, but as a real one, he'd be disastrous). A's bad points? He gets fucked up...a lot. I can't date someone who's a budding alcoholic. He hates cats. Okay, he's allergic to them, but still. He'd be awesome to hang out with otherwise.

However, on Monday, the cutest trainee I ever did see is working - so I can continue to paddle in the shallow pool for as long as the summer's still here.

Bought more books today - the chibi Death manga by Jill Thompson, Cross, and a book of essays by someone or other (too lazy to go look for the bag right now) about such pressing pop culture issues on why girls like Coldplay, Lloyd Dobler and the futility of coco puffs. Or something.

Hee. We should just chat. I don't do AIM anymore, though, because of the privacy policy issue -- I prefer to own my words and have a little control over how they get used in the future. But anytime I'm at my computer (at home) I'm usually on msn messenger. . .
