A trip down fangirl nostalgia lane (both mine and yours)
I want this so badly, it's not even funny. Only, where would I put it? It's like that question - the lady or the tiger or what would you do if you ran into Orlando Bloom on the street and he didn't take one look at you and run screaming down the other way?
(In my imagination, there's lots of flailing. I don't know who's doing it though.)
And there's a documentary?
I like the poster for this - it's all colorful and starburst and spring - but they've whittled her down to nothing!
I have a sudden urge to watch an Audrey Hepburn movie. Just the curve of her neck - I could get lost for days.
I didn't see the first one, but I know
corngirl_jo loved it - well here are some pictures from the sequel Before Sunset, with thanks to
voleuse for pointing out the overall site. Some really great pictures from some really great films...and not so great ones. Just pretty.
Speaking of which, Diego Luna's hips are fucking illegal. *mumbles* I'm waiting another week to see it.
I *really* want to see this. Rodney was the background voice for my formative teenage years, and a lot of my favorite bands were introduced to me by way of Rodney. And check out all the musicians/personalities in the trailer! Oasis, before they became huge fucking caricatures, David Bowie, Cher, Gwen Stefani, Chris Martin, John and Yoko, Beck, Courtney Love...Dramarama!
And then there's Jed the Fish doing the voice over....oh, Kroq, I loved you once. Blur's on the soundtrack as is Jennifer Love Hewitt. Only Rodney, man...
It's playing in Irvine. I keep on going back to that place - the Tom Gig and ironies of ironies...the guy who's fixing my car works there in the Auto Center. Perhaps this is an omen.
this is the sort of Valentine I'd get
I dug holes for my grandmother yesterday afternoon, and now I feel like I've been folded over repeatedly and yanked out to stretch the wrinkles. In other words: Muscle Memory Says OW.
Manual Labor is Love.
postcardjunkie, I know you're ill - so here's to you getting better and reappearing. I miss you.
