American TV only WISHES it was this warped. It's funny how I can't abide Twilight, but I think it's because it takes itself so seriously when it's clearly a giant pile of fail - whereas this jdrama clearly looks like its sending itself up. He's all pale and sullen and TORMENTED. Clearly he's not being a TEENAGE BOY AT ALL.

I'm surprised by how lead JEFetus actually looks like a teenager and not as 'fetusy' as I had pictured in my mind. Plus, wow, Rosa Kato must really be short, because I'm sure she's wearing heels.
